Refund & Cancellation

1. The 15-day free trial

New members may be offered a 15-day free trial. During the trial:

• you get access to the plan’s features at no charge;
• you can cancel any time during the 15 days and you will not be charged anything;
• because The Gym does not auto-charge, nothing is deducted from your wallet unless you actively choose to start a paid membership after the trial.

The trial is available once per member and cannot be combined with other offers.

2. Cancelling your membership

You can cancel your membership at any time from your account on thegym.koovira.com (Membership / account settings) or by contacting us via koovira.com. When you cancel:

• your access continues until the end of the paid period you have already paid for — cancelling does not cut off access immediately;
• because there is no auto-renewal, nothing further is charged after that period ends — your membership simply lapses;
• you can renew again manually whenever you choose.

3. Refunds

Because The Gym gives a 15-day free trial before any charge and never auto-renews, you can evaluate the Service fully before paying, and you are only ever charged for a membership you actively chose to start.

• During the free trial: no charge is made, so there is nothing to refund — simply cancel before the trial ends.
• After a paid membership starts: memberships are prepaid for the chosen period and are generally non-refundable once the period has begun and the Service has been used, since access has been provided for that period. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
• Discretionary / pro-rata refunds: if you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge or a billing mistake), or in other genuine cases at Koovira’s reasonable discretion, we may issue a full or pro-rata refund for the unused portion of the period.
• Refunds, where approved, are credited back to your Koovira wallet (or the original payment method where applicable).

This section states the intended commercial policy; please have Koovira’s legal counsel confirm the exact refund terms before publication.

4. Wallet top-ups & GST

Money you add to your Koovira wallet is a separate top-up governed by the Koovira wallet terms on koovira.com — not by this membership policy. Cancelling a The Gym membership does not by itself refund a wallet top-up; unused wallet balance remains available for use across Koovira services under those wallet terms.

All membership prices are inclusive of 18% GST, and a tax invoice is issued for each paid charge. Any refund is processed in line with applicable tax rules.

5. How to request a refund

To request a refund or raise a billing question:

• contact us through koovira.com (support/contact);
• include your Koovira account details, the plan concerned, and the invoice or transaction reference;
• tell us the reason for your request.

6. Timelines

We aim to acknowledge refund requests within a few working days and, where a refund is approved, to process it to your Koovira wallet promptly — typically within 7–14 working days. Where a refund goes to an original external payment method, the time for it to reflect depends on that provider.
