Pistol squat

Handstand

Wall plank → wall handstand hold → chest-to-wall → free-balance kick-up

L-sit

Foot-supported L → tuck L-sit → one-leg → full L-sit (floor or parallettes)

Front lever

Tuck lever → advanced tuck → single-leg → straddle → full front lever

Planche

Planche lean → tuck planche → advanced tuck → straddle planche
